If you take some extra time you can develop your own product. Interview someone who's an expert in something, whether it's gardening or runnin, or fishing, you should be able to find someone that you can interview to create your own product.
This can be time consuming, however, the advantage is, if you take the time to learn how to create the pages that will do the selling for you, you can get affiliates who will promote the product for you.
Regardless of what you choose, you need a way to do promotion. Forums related to your topic are most likely the best bet for someone with limited knowledge and experience and money.
